We are a Property Inspection Company.We are seeking a licensed property inspector to help us grow in the Williamson county area.The successful candidate will have the following:1. An active TREC professional inspector license.2. Excellent English communications skills, both written & oral.3. Excellent customer management skills.4. Good computer skills.5. A reliable & clean truck.6. Inspection tools & ladders.7. A reliable computer (laptop preferred).We will provide the following:1. State-mandated insurance costs.2. Extensive training.3. Inspection reporting software.4. Scheduling.5. Cell phone.Additional Requirements:1. Contract position. You will be responsible for your benefits, and taxes.2. Clean criminal background.3. Pass pre-employment drug test.4. Spanish communications skills are a plus.Compensation will depend on the number of inspections performed (approx $30-50K annually).
