$600.00/month dwebb9@autin.rr.comI am a teacher and writer. I can offer you a bedroom and full bath on the second floor of a beautiful south Austin home. I'll pick up the utltities, I would ask you to help me keep the kitchen and common areas clean. Your bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house is nicely done -- although way too full of books. If you'll help maintain it, I will also let you use the hot-tub unless I am. Of course you can use evrything else in the house from washer/dryer, dishwasher, exercise bike, vacumn cleaner, etc. The house is at 8122 Evadean Circle. I currently have no pets, but I love cats. I would prefer a male room mate. Cats OK. Small dogs (if they are outside dogs) OK. Fish are great, snakes great, spiders great. Pet birds will be roasted = Evadean Circle at Breyfogel
