CASHs small but growing team is seeking talented a Test Architect Editor to build a service that helps people make payments and save money with their iPhone, Touch, or mobile device when, where and how they want it. Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance effort for all CASH /FICC products.
- Design and develop both unit testing and scenario testing frameworks.
- Author and guide the implementation of tests case plans.
- Write Info and Help copy.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, generate filings.
- Establish and evangelize engineering best practices such as test automation, build verification, and deployment strategies.
- Improve the overall productivity of the company by identifying tools and processes to increase efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the business.
- Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment.
- Collaborate with researchers, program managers, product designers, and vendors in an open, creative environment, often ambiguous and too loose.

Qualifications
- 4-7 years of software testing or more applicable experience.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated coding skills in Java/C#/C/C++ or other related programming languages.
- Deep understanding of test architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with databases and database programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of the iPhone SDK 3.0 and the latest Mac O/S a plus.
- Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
